The themes of the evening will be sustainability and the fight against food waste. The initiative is organized by our Chamber and by Elisa Spada of Organic Value, and sponsored by Rema 1000, one of the most active Danish supermarkets in the fight against food waste, and by Valby&#8217;s cooking school. The dinner will be fixed menu and fixed price, and the proceeds will be donated to Stop Spild Lokalt, one of the most important Danish associations that fight food waste.
