Pairings Ideal with tuscan traditional dishes and perfect with second dishes of red and white meat, fresh and medium- old cheese. Service temperature 16°C-18°C Production circa 15.000 bottles
Intense ruby red color, with light garnet hues; fine, persistent bouquet with hints of violets, ripe fruits and spices. It has a structure of considerable consistency and the taste is distinguished by a good note of freshness which pleasantly accompanies the considerable load of tannins, so robust how velvety. A wine with a long finish that is balanced, pleasantly combining the sensation of warmth with the soft elegance of tannins and the right acidity.
È un vino che si adatta a tutti i piatti della cucina tradizionale toscana, ma offre anche un’ampia possibilità di altri abbinamenti che lo accostano a tutti i primi piatti a base di pasta, alle minestre, i secondi a base di carni bianche e rosse.
Particolarmente indicato con antipasti toscani, zuppe e formaggi freschi o a media
stagionatura.
